‘Mobileye’® C2-170
‘Mobileye’®’s brand new C2-170 has all the warning features of the AWS-4000; giving Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Headway Monitoring and Warning (HMW) to discourage tailgating. In common with the AWS-4000, the C2-170 also features Urban Forward Collision Warning (UFCW) – which operates at low ‘bumper to bumper’ speeds - Helping to avoid the low speed bumps which cause much of today’s accident damage as well as many whiplash neck injuries.
‘Mobileye’® C2-170 features a new ultra compact display which is very easy to mount discreetly in a vehicle cab – it can even be attached to the rear view mirror or ‘A’ Pillar. The new combined control and display unit however still gives a bright and clear display to accompany the audible warnings.
This unit utilises a single loudspeaker built into the screen mounted Vision Display Unit (VSU) with clear and distinctive audible alerts.

The system can be enhanced to support various add on applications, such as:
- Vehicle tracking via integration with GPS
- Fleet Management System (FMS) integration
- Integration with black box solutions
- Connectivity abilities with external displays
System Components
- A windscreen mounted vision sensor unit with a compact High Dynamic Range CMOS (HDRC) camera and SeeQ® image processing board, a high quality loudspeaker unit with integrated volume control
- User-friendly, high visibility display (49mm diameter) and control unit, for visual directional warnings, numerical headway measurement display, and customization options
