To ensure that the quality objectives of our company continue to be met we have created a range of Quality Assurance procedures. Our personnel are equipped and trained to follow the related operational guidelines relevant to their position within the company.
The Quality System is subject to a continual improvement programme, with procedures, servicing and installation processes systematically reviewed, and measurable objectives set to achieve optimum levels of quality and service. These objectives are regularly monitored and reviewed, with the results communicated throughout the business.
This policy is a controlled document that is continually reviewed and amended, where applicable, to ensure that it remains relevant to the Company's business.
